Are you ready to hear?
From Politico:
Sen. John McCain is circulating talking points to supporters making the case for why he can still win despite his precarious money situation and loss of key staff. In two documents obtained from a Republican source outside McCain's circle, the campaign compares the Arizonan's rocky candidacy to Ronald Reagan's in 1980, describes a GOP contest that is still very fluid and makes the case in rosy detail for McCain's strengths in each of the traditional early primary states. A
McCain aide authenticated the memos. In the documents, the new McCain high command outlines just exactly how they intend to go forward with so few resources. "Living Off the Land: A Plan for Financial Viability" reads the section headline. The two-step plan is simple: Spend less and raise more.

So if the federal judge does not have jurisdiction over the Plame lawsuit, who would?
On another unrelated topic, Larry Flynt is getting another 15 minutes of fame. Is that dude thinking about running for president again?
"Is that dude thinking about running for president again?"
I don't think that Larry is getting his 15 minutes of fame. He simply has to the resources to expose the hypocritical officials on Ms. Palfrey's list. The media is just feeding on the scandal. As much as I am not a Larry Flynt fan, but he is taxpayer and he has the resources to expose than I say go for it.
The same federal judge in Plame lawsuit is the same judge that dismissed the lawsuit against Cheney Energy Task force in 2002. So, I really question Judge Bates.
Calm down Mr. Kitty don't get your fur in a ball or a hair ball.
Flynt is only doing what he does best tell on the evildoers. Yes he did run for Governor of California and lost but he did get votes.
Now to the posting. McCain is again dreaming and will only get money that people have to burn. Like when your at the airport and a person has a can that say help please I need food. So you put some change or a dollar in it.
McCain doesn't have a change in hell at being President even if he did raise fifty dollars.
Actually, I'm kind of hoping Flynt does run for president because the entertainment value of that is pretty high. I can't remember if he is a Republican or a Democrat. Maybe he can debate Clinton and Edwards as one of the "serious" candidates after they thin the herd a bit more like they want. I think Edwards is even trailing Richardson, so he should watch the thin the herd for the debates talk.
