But according to prosecutors, Joey "The Clown" Lombardo headed a crime family responsible for 18 killings dating back more than three decades.

Judge James Zagel enquired after his health and asked why he hadn't seen a doctor lately. Lombardo rasped back: "I was supposed to see him nine months ago, but I was - what do they call it? - I was unavailable."

Just glad I am not on jury duty and on this one.
Not good for a movie with that face. This case is interesting as it hits at the heart of the Mafia. The sad thing about the Mafia is when one is down a new one pops up.
