The Chimpster didn't make the cut...

For the first time during his two term presidency, George W. Bush did not make the TIME list of the 100 most influential people in the world.
"The TIME 100 recognizes the men and women whose power, talent or moral example is transforming our world, and the list is divided into five subsections: Leaders & Revolutionaries; Builders & Titans; Artists & Entertainers; Scientists & Thinkers; and Heroes & Icons," a press release obtained by RAW STORY states. "The fourth annual TIME 100 issue is the largest in the history of the list, with 100 pages of advertising, also making it the second-largest issue since Albert Einstein was named TIME's Person of the Century in 1999."
