Libby Juror Dismissed, Will Continue With 11 Jurors

Update...

There were problems this morning with a juror in the Libby case having seen something in the media over the weekend. The juror has been dismissed.

The defense opted to go with 11 jurors while Fitz wanted to put in an alternate and stay with 12.

If they put in an alternate, the jurors would have to begin deliberations anew. The Judge agreed to go with 11 jurors. That's what they are doing.

The dismissed juror is the retired art curator and lone juror who wouldn't wear red on Valentine's Day:

The woman who was dismissed from jury is an art history expert and scholar who formerly served as a curator of prints at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Yes, Patrick Collins is sweating it out in Chicago on the George Ryan (ex-IL-Gov) appeal due to replacing jurors after I believe a week or two weeks and re-starting deliberations was one of the issues saying the 10 would have a hard time starting fresh.
As long as it takes to get a jury and all the questioning, you wonder how this happens. Yes she was the one that did not dress the same on Valentines day according to the article you posted, well that should of set off a red flag about not going along with the program. Some people can not act responsibly.

oh.....I hope people vote responsibly tommorow, especially in the 20th ward, ex-Sgt Cop vs. an alderman that hangs with gang leaders, having a white powdery substance in a bag found at home andat the office, taking a bribes on properties and taking a bribe on a property accross the street from your ward, and thinking you can be free and clear of charges because it is not in your ward.......so I am off to vote before work tommorow and will be watching, listening to, reading the local news closely later.

Yes Beavers daughter has not recieved endorsements......hmmmmm
