The Spitzer way

Governor Eliot Spitzer Orders Ethics Reforms

The new governor is not wasting any time getting to work. Eliot Spitzer has already issued a series of orders to reform the executive branch of state government.
The first establishes ethical guidelines for state employees. It restricts gifts and prohibits the use of state equipment for personal use.
A second executive order limits the influence of politics on government decision-making. That means that state officials cannot appear in state-paid commercials.
A third order requires all state agencies and public authorities to develop plans for broadcasting meetings on the internet.

Well Patrick's friend did good. I remember all the talk about how Spitzer couldn't win yet that's not what the voters said. Now the corruption is over in New York. Rudy better watch out he's got some crimes that might come to light.
