Indictment Still Sealed, Fitzgerald Still Busy

An indictment first reported by Truthout said to be connected to Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald's Plame investigation remains sealed, and Fitzgerald continues to work on the leak case.
With Rove cooperating, the probe has once again shifted, and the focus now is on another high-level official in the executive branch: Vice President Dick Cheney.
Vice President Dick Cheney is a figure of keen interest to investigators working on the outing of Ambassador Joseph Wilson's wife, former undercover CIA agent Valerie Plame. Sources directly familiar with the investigation said Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald and his closest confidants suspect that Cheney was "involved in orchestrating a plot to discredit former ambassador Wilson."

As Fitzgerald says, the CIA Leak case is still an ongoing investigation. It ain't over until it is over!

Bottom line Cheney used the Nixon play book just up dated and triked it some. Cheney knew that if you spread the information around no one would be able to say who was first. Yes the dummies had to back track because they forgot to declassify the information they leaked. Now I know Fitz is going to say I'm crazy but Bush just isn't that smart. I have tried to give Bush understanding that he's not as dumb as he sounds or looks. But he's just stupid. The Nixon plan was done by thinkers not idiots. Cheney just looked at what happen with the Nixon team and rearragned some things. Rove has to talk as he has no big backers to help. I was thinking how history repeats itself. Spiro Agnew resigned as Vice President same state as Cheney. Bush will most likely resign as Nixon did. Nixon said he would never leave the office of the White House but there he was saying good by on the plane. What a sight to see just put George W. Bush on that plane. At lease Laura will have her rich Texan boyfriend to go to. Connie will have to pack her bags and go home to the ranch with George.
