Palm Beach County Clerk of Court Sharon Bock said she didn’t know about the lawsuit until Wednesday and is reserving judgment for now.

“We had no knowledge of the lawsuit until today, and have not been asked to be a party to it,”

“We are reviewing the legal substance of the complaint and will monitor the response of the defendants before we take a position.”
