The attorney for the Golden Gate couple who beat Bank of America at its own game says the giant lender's check is enough to cover his expenses - but he may have to go after BOA again to pay for the cost of collecting those fees.
Meanwhile, the attorney, Naples-based Todd Allen, said he's been besieged by national and world media requests for interviews.
On Friday, Bank of America officials cut a check for $5,772.88 to the Collier County Sheriff's Office after Allen and two deputies walked in the bank's Davis Boulevard branch with a court order giving them the right to start hauling out furniture and other property if the bank didn't pay up.
