In the latest jailhouse interview with admitted fraudster Bernie Madoff, he points blame at banks, including J.P. Morgan, for not blowing the whistle on his Ponzi scheme.
“I am not a banker but I know that $100bn going in and out of a bank account is something that should alert you to something,” Madoff told the Financial Times from his North Carolina prison. Madoff, of course, has some credibility problems. >>READ the story at FT.com.
Madoff blamed other banks, UBS and HSBC, should have known his business was fraudulent.
