Judge ends Enron shareholder lawsuit against banks Exactly eight years after Enron Corp filed for bankruptcy protection, a federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit by investors against banks they accused of helping the energy company commit fraud. Well either we putz around with too few soldiers and stay in Afghanistan indefinately, or we ramp up the forces and take care of business.

If a GOP wanted to up the troops the GOP would be behind it, and remember it was the GOP regime that got us in Afghanistan, Iraq and almost Iran.
