1:20AM update: Dems succeed on first of three cloture votes: 60-40. The Senate is now expected to hold more procedural votes on Tuesday and Wednesday before finally voting on the bill late Christmas eve:
Tues: 7am: procedural vote
Weds: 1pm procedural vote
Thursday 7 pm - Final passage
