Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has finally caught wind of his wife's illegal -- and habitual -- cell phone antics ... and now he's finally gonna do something about it! Ahnald just went on Twitter and dropped the following note to Harvey Levin: "Thanks for bringing her violations to my attention. There's going to be swift action."

If her phone does not have blue tooth she can certainly afford to upgrade.
Seriously it is illegal in Chicago to talk on a cell phone without a hands free device, and I see people each and every day violating this law. Some people feel they are above the law, seriously.
I heard on the news radio yesteday a Mom worked with a cell phone company to come up with a device that would inactivate a cell phone in a car and only work with 911 and a couple of designated numbers...e.g. parents. I am not sure when this will roll out, but seriously, most experienced adult drivers drive very poorly while on the phone. And texting, and teen drivers.......no wonder this mom worked with the cellular phone people on this device.
Whenever I use the highway, and someone is going well below the limit, being a road hazard, even worse they alway use the left lane and are oblivious to people in the masses passing them on the right, in the right lane....are always on the phone, no hands free device, obvioulsy holding the thing.
What is sad is that the Governor's wife feels that she is above the law. She got caught on camera and on video. And I would be surprised if people fight their ticket and use Arnold's wife as an example of a person that broke the law and is not cited for a ticket.
That is really scary that TMZ has some of the few journalists left who have the guts to go after people.
We need a Washington, a Chicago, and a Springfield TMZ, just for politicians.
Are you sure it wasn't duh Ahnold on duh phone? LOL
Kitty if we had a TMZ for Politicians, especially in IL/Chic/CC...they would quit from being overworked.
But it would be nice to see what they come up with before they get burnt out.
