Examiner:
Mike Duvall who was caught on videotape bragging about his sexual escapades with two lobbyists, when he held the position as Assemblyman, is back in the limelight again.
A complaint filed with the Fair Political Practices Commission alleges that two women broke state lobbying laws by engaging in an inappropriate relationship with Duvall. The state law says no lobbyist shall do anything with the purpose of placing any elected state officer under personal obligation to the lobbyist.
Derek Cressman who is the western states regional director for Common Cause which is the group that filed the complain on Wednesday said, "We have evidence of an inappropriate sexual relationship that should never have happened. Whether or not there was any quid pro quo, this behavior obligates an elected official. We think it's wrong and it's illegal. "
The complaint names Heidi DeJong Barsuglia, a lobbyist who worked for San Diego based company, Sempra Energy. Barsuglia has denied any involvement with Duvall. The second lobbyist is named "Shar" and the group is asking the commission to identify and investigate her.

This report was a shocker to me. When I read it I thought it was a woman and well there are many Judges, Law Makers and others having sex with other people then their wives these days. But ok it's a dude now that's up there with the Pastor and former Senator Craig. I guess anything goes now a days and I just have to get use to it.
