C=SPAN reports that by its tally of public statements and direct reporting, a definite majority of Senators (52) have committed to support Judge Sonia Sotomayor’s nomination to the Supreme Court.
Twenty-seven Senators–all Republican–have said they will vote against her confirmation and 21 are undecided

Now that's no surprise as Judge Sotomayor is the most qualified even better then Alito and Roberts. Now word is Grampa McCain is voting NO, he said he can't allow a minority to be on the Court. One might ask why he voted for Justice Thomas or didn't he know Thomas is black and a minority.
