A Goldman Sachs attorney has been charged with conducting Internet sex chats with an investigator he thought was a 15-year-old girl, according to the Westchester County district attorney's office. Todd Genger, 33, of Manhattan was arraigned Tuesday in White Plains City Court and pleaded not guilty to one count of attempted disseminating indecent material to a minor, a class E felony.
Genger, who was released on his own recognizance, faces a maximum of 1 1/3 to four years in prison if convicted.
A spokesman for the district attorney said that from April 13 to July 27, Genger engaged in a series of online chats with an investigator posing as an underage girl during which the attorney discussed specific sexual acts with the "girl."
