WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The White House on Tuesday dashed hopes that the federal government would help California overcome a mammoth budget crisis that has brought the state dangerously close to an economic meltdown, saying the state will have to solve the problem on its own.
"It's obviously not an easy time for the state of California," White House spokesman Robert Gibbs told a briefing when asked if the administration would provide emergency financing for the state.
"We'll continue to monitor the challenges that they have, but this budgetary problem unfortunately is one that they're going to have to solve," Gibbs said.
Who can blame the WH to dole out money since Governator hasn't paid back the loans that he borrowed for the state.

Govenor Terminator had a great time making jokes and poking fun at Barack Obama during the Campaign for President. Even his speech at the Republican Convention was cheered by his attacks. But the Terminator wouldn't stop there he continued and even said he would be glad to help the skinny man get stronge. Arnie called Senator Kennedy a fat pig and other hateful names and got big laughs. Well now who's laughing. Yes California is in a mess because of Arnie but we will recover with new educated Leadership. As California is made up of people from all over the World recovery will come as Global Recovery comes. Now Arnie will be left with the worse legacy and no job offers. Maria will have to be the bread winner of the family and Arnie will go back to attacking and feeling on woman.
