Latest on the death of Michael Jackson: TMZ reports.
Here is the latest of the late Michael Jackson. There are a lot of speculation that Jackson's death is drug related. I'm not going to make any speculation or comments into Jackson's death until the autopsy is finalized. Jackson's body is being examined today. I will following info closely from TMZ.com since they have more info about Michael Jackson. Here is the latest from TMZ:
When EMTs arrived at Michael Jackson's home yesterday, the medics wanted to pronounce him dead on the scene -- but Michael's personal doctor refused to let them "call it" -- this according to sources close to the situation.
When EMTs arrived there was evidence someone had been performing CPR on Michael for "quite some time." There was evidence of Lidocaine -- an old-school drug that can be used to treat disturbances in the heart's rhythm. Medics took over performing CPR but determined Jackson was lifeless -- and wanted to call the coroner to pick up the body.
We're told Jackson was flat-lined when EMTs arrived.
But our sources say M.J.'s doc demanded EMTs continue performing CPR anyway, and demanded that they take Michael to the hospital.
Once they arrived at UCLA, we're told Jackson's doc continued to personally administer CPR -- even though it was clear Jackson was already gone.
Michael Jackson's doctor is ID:
KHOU in Houston reports the man is Dr. Conrad Robert Murray, who had been living with Jackson in his rented mansion. We're told Murray attempted to revive Michael until paramedics showed up at the scene.
The station reports the car that was towed from Michael's house last night was registered to Murray's sister. Law enforcement is looking for the doctor so they can question him.
Michael Jackson's ex can now claim full custody of their two children. By the way, Debbie Rowe never gave up full custody. Here is the story:
During the custody fight that Rowe had with Jackson in 2005, she attempted to give up her parental rights, saying Michael was the greatest father ever. Retired Judge Stephen Lachs, who presided over the hearing, initially ruled her rights were terminated ... but then Lachs reversed his decision.
Here's what happened. We spoke with Lance Spiegel, the lawyer who repped Jackson at the time. Spiegel says under the law, the Department of Children and Family Services must conduct a parental fitness investigation before parental rights are terminated and that didn't happen with Rowe.
So Rowe has never given up any of her parental rights. As a result, under California law, Rowe is now presumed to be the person who will get custody. The only way Rowe can be denied custody is if a court determines it would be "detrimental to the children."
As for whether Rowe will ask for custody .... our sources say you can bet on it. We're told if Rowe gets custody she will get "a huge amount of child support from Jackson's estate."
And no word on who will claim custody of the third child, Prince Michael II aka Blanket.
Finally, TMZ reports that Janet Jackson arrived in Los Angeles today. She was reported overseas at the time of her brother's death.

On the surface, it looks like Michael's doc f'ed up, big time.
I forgot about this video, which starts out with George Windt and Macauly Culkin (however that is spelled):
Black or White It has some big kitties in it.
Then there is this one, when he was a little kid:
I'll Be There
I remembered the song and video of Black and White. Awesome song! There were too many songs from Michael and from the Jackson 5 since the '70's that were my favorite. He will be missed but his music lives on. Thanks for sharing, Mr. Kitty.
