Rush has claimed he “lost 27 pounds in 27 days.” He has not exercised more, other than his weekly rounds of golf. The Rush Limbaugh diet does have a few guidelines: no adult beverages, and no fried foods. Cut your meals down to 1500 calories a day. Eat what you like, as long as you don’t overeat. Or, just take it straight from Rush Limbaugh himself.
His comments on the Rush Limbaugh diet and weight loss: “My philosophy is you can lose it in six months, and whenever you lose it in six months, takes three years to put back on, and those three years are just fun as they can be.”
