With U.S. unemployment now at 9.4%, President Obama unveiled a plan Monday to provide more than 600,000 new jobs this summer, paid for under the $787 billion economic stimulus package.
The initiative will create jobs by dolling up military facilities, improving roads and hiring teachers and some 125,000 teenagers for the summer
