Shurtleff "later sent a message saying he thought he was responding to one individual and quickly pulled down the messages, but not before they were widely distributed." This says alot about Attorney Generals one might think they were smart but I guess all aren't. Most of the people today are clueless to Tech and this is one example. This should serve notice to others be careful what you send on the internet the world will know it in a second.
