Burris has been so out-of-the-loop on the campaign side of things that he actually expressed surprise at having to file his first fundraising report last month, as well as his personal financial disclosure.

Roland seems to always have problems with it comes to money. One might think he was trying to hide something. What's strange is Lawyers don't seem to know much about Legal matters. Now one might question how did Burris do as State Controller and then Attorney General as he doesn't seem to know much a Law or Finance. Now I understand why Lisa Lisa is in her job as she lacks legal knowledge too.
