VICE PRESIDENT BIDEN TO THROW OUT CEREMONIAL FIRST PITCH AT CAMDEN YARDS
On Monday April 6th, Vice President Biden will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at Orioles Opening Day at Camden Yards. The Vice President will be accompanied to the mound by eight boys and girls from the Baltimore Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI) League, a program founded by Major League Baseball that is funded locally by the Baltimore Orioles Charitable Foundation.
Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI) is designed to:
1) Increase participation and interest in baseball
2) Encourage academic participation and achievement
3) Increase number of talented athletes prepared to play in college and Minor Leagues
4) Promote greater inclusion of minorities into the mainstream of the game
5) Teach the value of teamwork
And Bush:
Texas Rangers fans give Bush a rousing ovation as he throws out first pitch.
When then-President Bush delivered the first pitch at the Washington Nationals home opener last year, he was met with a resounding chorus of boos. However, today a crowd of 40,000 Texas Rangers fans cheered wildly when the stadium’s public address announcer bellowed, “[W]elcome home the 43rd president.” Bush — a former partial owner of the team — then took the mound and received a standing ovation as he threw out the first pitch. “He threw a strike!” the announcer declared.

Daddy Bush paid well for the cheers his son got as he's so depressed these days. Now Can I call you Joe our best VP got the cheers because he's that good and we love him.
