Judge Emmet Sullivan dismissed the case against former Alaskan Sen. Ted Stevens with prejudice -- but the case is hardly over for the Justice Department.
Dissatisfied with the pace of DOJ's internal investigation into the bungled prosecution, Sullivan said today that he would commence criminal contempt proceedings against the original trial team and their supervisor, and appoint a non-government lawyer to prosecute the case.

These lawyers are a disgrace to the Legal System and should go to jail. Now I can't wait to hear which one sings first. The plan was simple enough just get a quick mistrial so Uncle Ted would win the election. Wrong! With so much corruption plans they forgot to pick a Judge who would be on the take. Look it worked in the Siegleman case as the Judge got a big contract from the Govenment for the Company he owns. If the pass 8 year have taught we nothing it's that you have to buy a Judge when you want a crook to go free. Yes it was nice to fix the jury and set up the right Prosecutors but it was the Judge they forgot. Well maybe when we have another Republican President and AG they will remember this one.
