Fitz to take the witness stand Monday

Fitzgerald will on the witness stand testifying in the case of a deputy U.S. Marshall who allegedly passed information on to the mob about a witness in the Witness Protection Program.

John Ambrose was part of the security detail protecting Nicolas Calabrese, a mob hitman who participated in 16 murders and was cooperating with the government in the "family secrets" trial.

Fitzgerald, along with Robert Grant, the head of the Chicago office of the FBI, confronted Ambrose with allegations that he was leaking info about the investigation.

During that interview Ambrose incriminated himself. Ambrose's attorney's have argued that the stature of the questioners intimidated Ambrose so much that his mind was racing and his body shaking. Grant, is also expected to take the stand in the case in the next couple days.

Don't worry TGCN if baby Fitz needs help Mr. Kitty and I will take care of it. Fitz is smart honest and yes very special to me and he will do well because it's so easy when your telling the truth. Let's just see if this is one of the Bush Administrations Judges. Cheney made sure to line the courts with Judges who will break the law. Sorry don't look for Lisa Lisa to help her law skills are very weak.
