One of JPMorgan Chase's collection agencies resorted to trying to get a guy who was late on his car payment to pay up by writing threatening messages on his daughter's MySpace page.

This man might own his car because of Chase's threats and some extra for his dauther's college fund. Most cases like this are settled out of court because Jurors like to punish bad companies for threatening kids.
