20% of GOP voted against their own party's budget proposal.

The House Republicans’ alternative budget was rejected by a 293-137 vote. Thirty-eight members — or 20 percent — of the House Republican caucus voted against their own party’s budget proposal, written by Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI). By contrast, only 8 percent of Democrats voted against their party’s budget.

Some Law Makers want to be re elected others who aren't up for re election don't care what happens to the citizens of their State. But then there's the Republicans who are just followers and don't have the brains to think for themselves. Look we have Democrats who are in the job for the money and would turn on a dime against Obama if it meant they could get kick back money.
