Congressman Jerrold Nadler has just publicly asked that the Attorney General Eric Holder appoint a special prosecutor. Here was the letter that Nadler and 55 other congress members sent to Michael Mukasey in June 2008 requesting a special prosecutor, or an updated version thereof.
