Thinkprogress:
Starting last December, many of former President Bush’s soon-to-be Dallas neighbors purchased and displayed signs welcoming him to the neighborhood.
But now the residents say they are being stolen. “This is our fourth ‘Welcome home George and Laura’ sign,” one homeowner said. “The first night that we had them out, they were in our front yard,” she said. “They were taken.” Texas Christian University sophomore Patrick Bibb, who is selling the signs, looks to be the big winner of the Bush sign theft ring:
Bibb, whose parents live in the Bush’s new neighborhood, started selling the $20 signs to help pay his tuition.
He said he originally ordered 100 signs and was initially worried about being able to sell them all. To date, he has sold 800 signs — and he said dozens of his customers are, like Lori Tucker, returning customers.

This case is easy. The young man sells the signs to a few people and then steals them because not many people are buying them. He knows the few lap Bushies will buy another sign. He'll do this until he's sold out. It's just smart business to know the market value and Bush is worthless. Smart kid. The Bush Loyalist will blame it on the UFO's.
