Wednesday's hearing about Bernie Madoff:At a contentious Financial Services Committee hearing today about the failure of the Securities and Exchange Commission to prevent the Bernie Madoff scandal, the SEC's General Counsel cited executive privilege as reason that he and the SEC's enforcement branch were refusing to answer congressional inquiries.

When did Madoff stealing become a matter of National Security. Do these people even know what Executive Privilege means? I knew this case wasn't as small as Madoff it involves many people and it's an inside job planned before 2000 election and it would have worked if Madoff hadn't got caught. The name that will soon come out will be ones that make Madoff look like chop liver.
