Blowhard News for Saturday.

Rice: The Republican Party Brought Us To A Place Where ‘People Can Look Beyond Race’
Thursday, Secretary of State Condelezza Rice
sat for an interview with CNBC’s Maria Bartiromo. In a portion of the interview that does not appear to have aired, Bartiromo asked Rice about her “thoughts on the Republican party.” Rice claimed that the GOP has played a large role in bringing the country to a place where “people can look beyond race“:
RICE: [T]he Republican Party also has done a lot for bringing us to a place that — not that race doesn’t matter, but where people can look beyond race. If you look at the last two Secretaries of State, African Americans, they were Republican administrations, the Administration of George W. Bush that appointed them.

These people are a piece of work even lying is funny now. Connie hasn't been black for 8 years now she's all over it and pulling her hateful Party with her. That old school stuff is just so funny. Long ago when most of you on this blog site weren't born. People would pick one black person to call a friend to show they weren't racist yes just one. Times have changed. I was lucky because my Dad taught us not to pick friends based on color, I lived in a multi color area and to my surprise my friend Joann and I have been friends for 50 years. When I talk about it some seem surprised when they see our picture that she's white but I have never mentioned it. Why because she's my friend her color isn't important and never has been.

Rice is so out of touch and delusional........the GOP did something, they showed just what bigots and racists they are, all the white guys, look at who was running Enron, and all the other corrupt companies making all the money. Just look at the crowds at all the McCain events.....95% (or more) white men, the GOP will go the way of the dinosaurs, The GOP is still the White Boys club, and Rice was the tokken suck up for the W administration.

This has been their modus operandi for eight long years. I couldn't believe it when Bush would characterize the opposition with the same sorts of character slurs, people would think applied to the GOP more specifically. The pot calling the kettle black. They used shock and awe in politics as well appointing extremely controversial people and getting the other side to exhaust themselves with hysteria before they withdrew the nomination.
Maybe Rice is delusional, but her hubris is to think that now these sorts of tactics still have the same kind of efficacy they've had in the previous 8 years.. I can't imagine that she is aware of the transparency and hypocrisy of her remarks. It seems obvious the Empress of the Bush Administration has no clothes.
