No love for Duke.
An online petition seeking to rally support for a presidential pardon for convicted Rep. Duke Cunningham (R-CA) has 13 signatures -- after three years.
Duke should ask some of the inmates to sign for his pardon. What a movie this will be about Duke as he was known for being the Top Gun only to fall to being a jailbird and an inmates girlfriend.
George Orange Jumpsuit Ryan might get clemency. Sen. Durbin is thinking about asking for clemency for him, but not a pardon.
Orange Jumpsuit Ryan's wife is ill. Sen. Durbin recently lost his daughter, about a week before the election so he might be concerned that Ryan would get time to spend with his wife, and has a soft heart.
Sen. Durbin looked pretty worn out when he was on TV today.
