He can leave now as far as I'm concerned. He is such an embarrassment to the position of President and to the US citizens. As for Obama he can handle it with the team he has and many GOP Law Makers will be shocked.
Senate Democrats on the Intelligence and Judiciary Committees last week told the White House to preserve all records produced by the Bush administration and expressed "particular concerns" whether Vice President Dick Cheney's office will comply with the law.Concern over Cheney cooperating? cough,cough I can't believe it! cough,cough
White House is certainly not going to comply to the Senate. The Gerbil will stall until he leaves office.
