Carpetbagger Alan Keyes files lawsuit over Obama eligibility.

Three words: waste of time.

On November 13, Alan Keyes and his vice-presidential running mate in California, Reverend Wiley Drake, and other members of the American Independent Party, filed a new lawsuit over Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president. Keyes v Bowen, Superior Court, Sacramento, 34-2008-80000096-cu-wm-gds. Read it here.

Unlike other lawsuits about the eligibility of either John McCain or Obama to serve as president, this case has a presidential candidate plaintiff. All the other cases have been dismissed because the plaintiffs were said to lack standing. This is the first case with a presidential candidate-plaintiff.
Read on.

Alan Keyes was imported into Illinois to be the GOP candidate against Barak Obama for Senate, he must have some hard feelings on not winning?

Also note how bad things are in the GOP in Illinois if we have to import candidates in, especially this nut job.

I think the highest ranking GOP position held in this state is Cook County Board Commissioner.

Keyes is doing his best with the little brain he has. Obama as all Americans would only get a copy of his birth certificate. Now when a baby is born the Mother get the orginal with a gold seal. There is only one. If a person wanted to dig into the time of birth, doctor, hospital and other information it has to been done by research. Keyes doesn't have his orginal birth certificate. Now as for Obama being born an American. Well his Mom flew out of the States with him as a child, that would be on record.

To bad Keyes didn't look into John McCain's birth. As he was born before the law of US birth's took place in US Panama base. Yes John McCain was not born on US soil. Things were different in the 30's.
