In his last Thanksgiving address in the White House, President Bush said Thursday that he will miss being the leader of the U.S. armed forces.
“During this holiday season, we give thanks for those who defend our freedom. America's men and women in uniform deserve our highest respect – and so do the families who love and support them,” Bush said in his weekly radio address.
“Lately, I have been asked what I will miss about the presidency. And my answer is that I will miss being the Commander-in-Chief of these brave warriors.”
Bush also gave thanks to the “kindness of citizens,” saying that the “true spirit of the holidays can be seen in the generous volunteers who bring comfort to the poor and the sick and the elderly.”

Lastly, Bush said he is “thankful for the good will, kind words, and heartfelt prayers that so many of you have offered me during the past eight years.”
President-elect Barack Obama, in his weekly address, said this year’s Thanksgiving holiday takes place “at a time of great trial for our people.”
He also thanked U.S. troops and stated that the country should be thankful for their sacrifices. However, Obama focused his remarks on the economic crisis.

This will be the beginning of the end for GW. He was living in the shadow of his Father all his life. His Dad gave him oil field, baseball team and he messed them all up. He was and is a drunk/druggie. His Dad stole the election for him to be President. GW then got cocky and ran the White House with his friend Karl Rove. Everyone sucked up to him, Media covered up his crimes and stupid comments. Americans followed him like sheep and praised/hailed him even when he was acting and talking like an idiot. Life was good and GW had power. So much power when the Katrina Storm it he did nothing but blamed it on Bill Clinton.
The power will be gone and GW again will be a no body and the suck up people will leave. GW will be the same nothing he was when he started. Daddy Bush will have to now deal with Obama/Biden. The Saudi got what they paid for from years of tricking George W. Bush.
I will be so glad when I have to hear no more lies about my country dripping from Dubya's lips...
