As of Saturday morning, Democratic Presidential candidate Barack Obama picked his running mate for the race for the White House for 2009. Obama chose Senator Joseph Biden of Delaware. Biden brings to the Obama campaign a long political resume and foreign policy.

First thought, why is McCain taking so long to announce a running mate?
Yes, Biden is a good choice, I sure this was something that was thought out very carefully.
