Last week, I wrote an article on Newsinkling.org that Ms. Palfrey left her civil attorney Montgomery Blair Sibley 150 pages to piece together to why Ms. Palfrey was targeted by the government. This week, the late Deborah Jeane Palfrey's mother, Blanche Palfrey, filed a lawsuit to stop the release of photos taken by the Tarpon Springs Police Department following her daughter's suicide.
Blanche Palfrey's attorney, Serbo Simeoni, said that this "disclosure constitutes an invasion of privacy, and 'continuing intentional infliction of emotional distress.'" Blanche Palfrey is only contesting the photos of her daughter's suicide and not the release of the written police reports. According to Lori Price of Citizens for Legitimate Government, Ms. Palfrey's civil attorney Montgomery Blair Sibley has dropped this bombshell. Sibley is trying to stop Blanche Palfrey's lawsuit against Tarpon Springs, Florida, Police Department because Ms. Palfrey left instructions to him if 'ever found dead of apparent suicide.'
