What's more surprising is how this Administration got away with it. Nixon did good with his corrupted Administration but Bush/Cheney did great.
I remember reading in History about how some Foreign People asked slave owners why the slaves didn't fight for freedom when they were taken off the boats. One owner answered their to dumb to know anything. They don't where they are and they can't read so they just do as their told.
