Fitzgerald hinted that that he will speak to Congress.

And Fitz did hint that in his press conference on Rezko's conviction that he will talk to Congress first about the alleged plot to have him removed as USA. He is doing the right thing. Rove's free pass needs to taken away once and for all.

"If I owe a response [about the putsch to remove him from his job], I owe it to Congress, first," Fitzgerald said when asked about all this after the verdict.

And my bet is that the discussions between Fitzgerald and Congress will be behind closed doors.
