Conyers Demands More Justice Department Documents in CIA Leak Case.

From the House Judiciary Committee website:

June 18, 2008
(Washington, DC)- Today, House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers, Jr. (D-MI) and Subcommittee Chairwoman Linda Sánchez sent a letter to Attorney General Michael Mukasey requesting a response to several outstanding document requests, including documents relating to U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald's investigation into the CIA Valerie Plame leak. Redacted versions of the Fitzgerald documents have been made available to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee but the Department denied the same access to the House Judiciary Committee, which is also investigating the matter. Conyers and Sánchez urged a response to all of the outstanding document requests by Tuesday, May 24, or they "will have little choice but to resort to compulsory process."
The letter to Mukasey and Mukasey's letter denying access to the Fitzgerald materials are both linked.
