I Will Deliver Justice — Senator Obama is obviously confused about what the United States Supreme Court decided and what he is calling for. After enthusiastically embracing the Supreme Court decision granting habeas in U.S. civilian courts to dangerous terrorist detainees …
Bolton Fearmongers: ‘Best Outcome’ Of Obama Presidency Is ‘More Embassy Bombings, WTC Attacks’
Yesterday, Fox News’s John Gibson hosted former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton on his radio show. They discussed Sen. Barack Obama’s (D-IL) foreign policy. Bolton charged that “the best outcome” of an Obama presidency would be “a replay of the Clinton administration,” meaning “more embassy bombings” and “more World Trade Center attacks”:
GIBSON: The Obama team is going back to some of the old complaints about the war and the war on terror…that the left has been articulating for a long time now, and not really coming up with anything new.
BOLTON: Yeah I think honestly that’s an optimistic view of it, that it will simply be a replay of the Clinton administration. It will simply have more embassy bombings, more bombings of our warships like the Cole, more World Trade Center attacks. That would be the best outcome from that perspective.

Rice: ‘It’s time for new blood’ in the White House.
Asked whether she is interested in being Vice President, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice told Fox & Friends this morning, “It’s time for me to go back to Stanford. … It’s time for me to do something else.” She added, “You have to know when your time is up, and it’s time for new blood.”

Limbaugh: Black Katrina victims ‘whined and moaned’; white Iowa flood victims are ‘backbone of America.’
In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Rush Limbaugh blamed the victims for the humanitarian disaster in New Orleans, saying it was the result of “the welfare and entitlement thinking of government.” On Tuesday, he again denigrated the hurricane victims by comparing them to the Midwest flood survivors, who aren’t “a bunch of people raping people on the street.” He added that they, unlike people in New Orleans, are the “backbone of America”:
LIMBAUGH: I want to know. I look at Iowa, I look at Illinois—I want to see the murders. I want to see the looting. I want to see all the stuff that happened in New Orleans. I see devastation in Iowa and Illinois that dwarfs what happened in New Orleans. I see people working together. I see people trying to save their property…I don’t see a bunch of people running around waving guns at helicopters, I don’t see a bunch of people running shooting cops. I don’t see a bunch of people raping people on the street. I don’t see a bunch of people doing everything they can…whining and moaning—where’s FEMA, where’s BUSH. I see the heartland of America. When I look at Iowa and when I look at Illinois, I see the backbone of America.
McCain heckled for accepting most money from Big Oil.
Last night during a townhall event in Missouri, John McCain was confronted by a protester who yelled out that he had accepted a half million dollars this year from “big oil.” “That’s more than any other senator!” the protester said. “How can you be trusted?” (Raw Story has the video.) Later, McCain was asked about this in a news conference. “I don’t know what he’s talking about. So I can’t respond,” McCain said. The

Wall Street Journal informs:
Indeed, McCain does lead all other senators, and all others who ran for president, in contributions from the oil and gas industry, according to the Center for Responsive Politics’ analysis of federal data in the 2007-08 election cycle. McCain collected $724,000 through May.

Conservatives Echo McCain’s False Claim That Katrina Caused No Oil Spill Damage
In a Tuesday speech delivered before an audience of oil executives, Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) pushed to overturn the federal ban on offshore oil drilling. McCain claimed drilling is so “safe” that “not even Hurricane Katrina and Rita could cause significant spillage from battered rigs off the coasts of New Orleans and Houston.”

I don't think Condoleeza Rice will be rehired at Stanford. I think they will protest her presence on campus and any hopes she may have of returning will be crushed.
Did she mean 'new blood to let?'
