Vito Fossella Not Pressured By G.O.P. To Make Decision On Resignation.

Makes you wonder why Vito is needed to be re-elected and why Boner Boy (R-Tanning Bed) is not talking about Vito.

House Minority Leader John Beohner backed away Sunday from his call for embattled Congressman Vito Fossella to make a decision about his political future.

After the Staten Island-Brooklyn Republican representative got arrested for drunk driving and his second family in Virginia was exposed earlier this month, Boehner said Fossella needed to make a decision about staying in office immediately.

But today on ABC's This Week, Boehner depoliticized the issue, calling it a personal matter for the Staten Island representative, and one that is not urgent. "I know that he's given an awful lot of thought to this over the last week or so and he'll come to the right decision, along with his wife and his family," said Boehner. Boehner said that he thinks Fossella will resolve the issue in a way that works for his family and his political party.
