CHICAGO (AP) - The jury deliberating the fate of political fundraiser Antoin "Tony" Rezko is going home early.
Jurors began their deliberations in the federal corruption trial early last week.
They sent a note to Judge Amy St. Eve Tuesday morning saying 1 of the jurors has a family emergency and so the panel will be heading home at noon.
The jurors also sent the judge a note Monday saying they'll need to take May 30 off from deliberations because a juror's in-laws are coming to visit.
