Memo to Scotty: Time to call your lawyer.

Yesterday, former White Press Secretary Scotty McClellan exposes a lot more of the Bush Administration from his book. His publisher exposed a couple of excerpts last year. And now Scotty reveals more in the Bush's role in the Iraq evasion and Plame matter. As much as Scotty is trying to show his either herotic side or simply profitable publicity stunt to promote his book, Scotty is much in trouble in his indirect connection to the CIA Leak investigation in covering up the involvements of Rove and Libby in that probe. Let's go down memory lane:

First, Scotty's press gaggle in 2003:

Q Scott, you have said that you, personally, went to Scooter Libby, Karl Rove and Elliot Abrams to ask them if they were the leakers. Is that what happened? Why did you do that, and can you describe the conversations you had with them? What was the question you asked?

MR. McCLELLAN: Unfortunately, in Washington, D.C., at a time like this, there are a lot of rumors and innuendo.

There are unsubstantiated accusations that are made. And that's exactly what happened in the case of these three individuals. They're good individuals, they're important members of our White House team, and that's why I spoke with them, so that I could come back to you and say that they were not involved. I had no doubt of that in the beginning, but I like to check my information to make sure it's accurate before I report back to you, and that's exactly what I did.

Q So you're saying - you're saying categorically those three individuals were not the leakers or did not authorize the leaks; is that what you're saying?

MR. McCLELLAN: That's correct. I've spoken with them.

Here is the document from Fitzgerald's exhibits from the Libby trial.

More from the Justice League posting from November 2007.

In addition, Scotty's interview with the FBI:

MCCLELLAN INTERVIEWED BY FBI: Time magazine revealed in mid-October 2003 that “the FBI has interviewed more than two dozen officials in several Washington offices, including White House press secretary Scott McClellan and Bush political adviser Karl Rove as well as other West Wing aides.” [Time,
10/27/03]

Moreover, Scotty's confession of making false statements according an excerpt of his book that was released last year:

An excerpt of a posting from Justice League:

In an excerpt
posted by his publisher, McClellan implicates “the President himself” in the Valerie Plame scandal:

“The most powerful leader in the world had called upon me to speak on his behalf and help restore credibility he lost amid the failure to find weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. So I stood at the White house briefing room podium in front of the glare of the klieg lights for the better part of two weeks and publicly exonerated two of the senior-most aides in the White House: Karl Rove and Scooter Libby.

“There was one problem. It was not true.

“I had unknowingly passed along false information. And five of the highest ranking officials in the administration were involved in my doing so: Rove, Libby, the vice President, the President’s chief of staff, and the president himself.”

Finally, Libby's handwritten talking points for McClellan:

Government Exhibit 532: Talking points written by
Libby for White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan.(pic above)

From Fitzgerald's court document obtained by NY Sun:

The excerpts read:

"defendant did not disclose that fact to other White House officials (including the Vice President) but instead prepared a handwritten statement of what he wished White House Press Secretary McClellan would say to exonerate him:

People have made too much of the difference in
How I described Karl and Libby
I’ve talked to Libby.
I said it was ridiculous about Karl
And it is ridiculous about Libby.
Libby was not the source of the Novak story.
And he did not leak classified information.

As a result of defendant’s request, on October 4, 2003, White House Press Secretary McClellan stated that he had spoken to Mr. Libby (as well as Mr. Rove and Elliot Abrams) and 'those individuals assured me that they were not involved in this.' Memo. Exhibit I."

Scotty should be in jail for obstruction of Justice. He knew about everything and went along with it for the money and to be part of the criminal team. As for him feeling guilty about the Plame case that's bull. The White House used Scotty and treated him a dirt and when they didn't need him anymore that fired him and smiled while doing it. Loyal Criminal Republicans like Gerald Ford who knew Nixon should have gone to jail but was Loyal to the GOP. Senator Specter with the magic Harry Potter bullet story that even a 5 year old wouldn't believe as he sold that to cover up the assassination of JFK. Poor Hillary gives facts of how long Bobby campaigned and June 5th he was assassinated isn't to be talked about like the United States never assassinated one of it's own Leaders. Even James Earl Ray was a set up by the USA. Now when I watch Jack Ruby on TV walk up and kill Lee Harvey Oswald it was clear this was a set up. I also notice all those who had inside information about Ruby lied quickly. Prescott Bush's plan to kill FDR was used again but this time Oswald was used to make it look like the Russians did it.

Scott is just the first of many more to come clean about what's been going on behind closed doors of the White House. I think the shocker to Americans and the Military Families is when the truth about 9/11 it's the front pages. Yes folks it wasn't good old Bin Laden it was the US/Saudi who attack the WTC as a plan to illegally invade Iraq. You do remember Osama was blamed but Iraq was attacked. While Americans were watching American Idol, the Carlyle Group got their money from the US taxpayers and closed shop. Yes the Bin Laden Family did very very well in profit from the scam.
