New York, May 16 (ANI): Temeka Lewis, the primary booker for a prostitution ring whose clients included former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, has agreed to tell a grand jury all she knows.

Notice that Ms. Lewis, who was the booker and the madam, is not charged under the RICO. Her maximum sentence for prostitution conspiracy is five years. This is typical sentence under a state law of prostitution. Money laundering carries a maximum of 20 years. Since Ms. Lewis pleaded guilty and is plea bargained with the government, she will be doing less time. As the government going after Spitzer with Lewis' testimony, government tends to forget that Spitzer is a prosecutor amd his wife is an attorney. If they are going after Spitzer, the government would have to investigate and charge the other 9 clients. And another pickle that the government is in is that Emperor Club is an international internet prostitution service. Where are the charges of the clients internationally that use Emperor Club. I smell a possible lawsuit from the Spitzers in this case. In prostitution cases, the DOJ rarely go after or better yet expose the johns. Johns are usually shield. In Ms. Palfrey's case, the name of the male clients [who were the government witnesses] who had sex with the female employees of Ms. Palfrey were shield. Spitzer's name wasn't protected. He was embarrassed and humiliated by the government, media, and lawmakers for political purposes.

This case just got out of hand it was only suppose to get Spitzer out of office who knew there were Rich Power men involved. Now this young lady isn't the only one who knows the rest of the client list. One of the clients is an Executive at Time Warner and of course the former UK Prime Minister and Duke of England. But don't look for this to be the last if this lady is made to speak up about Spitzer only. Yes the law does protect the ID of the Johns but this was only to remove the New York Governor so a Republican could replace him. We have Senators, Federal Judges, Supreme Court Judges even White House Officials hiring prostitutes without a problem. Most cases that are done wrong will be overturned on Appeal so will this one. The Media is doing the best it can to keep Spitzer's name in the forefront of the Public. Look the Emperor Club will be back in business wiser for the experience and the same clients will continue to be serviced. Americans don't mind the Republicans actions even plotting to kill a President and even succeeding in killing JFK is not problem. But let a Democrat or any Americans who speaks up of the criminal action taking place and you get what Jean Palfrey got a set up for a crime you didn't commit and with a corrupt Judge/Prosecutor/American public support 55 years in jail or Gitmo. This case is an example of how people will follow any lie never bothering to think.
