The jurors are set to take a day off Friday and again on Monday. They are scheduled to reconvene on Tuesday, but if the deliberations drag on, it could be a short week. U.S. District Judge Amy St. Eve has agreed to give them Friday, May 30, off as well if no verdict is reached by then.
