Good morning/afternoon/evening folks!
Well, first of all, I would like to thank the JL readers that emailed me regarding Jeane's suicide and death. I received text messages from Jason Leopold and talked to him live over the phone today. We are both devastated on the loss of Jeane. Jason and I had gotten to know Jeane as well as trying to get to bottom of her case.
This case was very personal to me as I got to know Jeane as a person since May 2007. So, I decided to break some of my silence regarding Jeane's case. I not only corresponded with Jeane on email about her side of the story on why she was targeted by the government and why she was charged with RICO on a selected prosecution case and had written 15 articles on Newsinkling about her case [based on Jeane's emails and court documents] but Jason and I got the privilege to meet Jeane for the first time in a dinner meeting in December 2007 in Los Angeles, CA. She is alot different in person than she is on TV. In December 2007, I was part of Jeane's legal team until the beginning of her trial doing legal research on her case. I had gotten to work with her former attorney Montgomery Blair Sibley, her current attorney Preston Burton and his legal team, and other investigators.
Jeane might be gone from this earth. But she is won in the end. She is free woman. And the justice system let her down and killed her near the end from a trumped up case. The truth will eventually come out sooner or later. But, Jeane will not be here to see that unfortuately. Lives have been ruined from the gov't DC Madam case. She will always be as Deborah Jeane Palfrey. Oh, and I sent an email to Mr, Burton as he is saddened by Jeane's death. Jason and I will continue to expose her case. Jeane may be gone from this earth but justice needs to be serve to clear her name. The only thing positive that came out of this is that the remainder of the female employees for Pamela Martin will be sealed.
Finally, Jason will be sending me his interview with Jeane that he did in March per phone. It will be on mp3 player. You will hear her side of the story as this is the last interview unfortunately with her. On April 18, 2008, I received my last email from Jeane. Of course, I didn't know how she was doing after learning her guilty verdict. Here is the email:

And thank you to the JLreaders for your sympathy. I am sure Jeane's mother Blanche and her sister will need their spirits uplifted. As I told Jason on the phone, her case still remains unsolved and her name remains uncleared.
P.S. Thank you Jason for investigating and reporting this case from start to finish.
Update: I just received an email from Jeane's attorney Preston Burton. He is pretty upset about this. And he tried to call Jeane's mother. And he said that this is not the right time. And I agree with him. Will keep you posted.

Frank Ruggiero perished in a plane crash, where six prominent Georgia Republicans and friends of Governor Perdue perished in February.
Then, a "Frank Ruggiero" listed as a fireman in Nicholasville,
Kentucky with a "myspace" page.
Now, "FRANK RUGGIERO" is with the police department investigating Palfrey's "SUICIDE"

Although local reports confirm it was Palfrey but refer to her death as an "apparent suicide," and the
AP reports the death as a suicide but call the deceased "a woman believed to be" the DC Mada,
FoxNews.com is reporting that local officials confirm both Palfrey's identity and her cause of death:
"It was her, and she's deceased," said Frank Ruggiero, a public information officer with the Tarpon Springs Police Department. "There's no question that it was a suicide."

I think she was 'suicided'. That being said, in my neck of the woods, Frank Ruggiero is a common name.
Nice try Anonymous but Francis L. "Frank" Ruggiero has a Tarpon Springs address while Frank A. Ruggiero is in Kentucky and Frank A. Ruggiero was in Georgia.
There are 49 other Frank Ruggieros in Florida. It is apparently a common enough name that it is included in my spell checker.
This was a profound statement:

The Prosecutor/Judge/Court System can be proud they pushed an innocent woman to kill herself because of the need to protect Three Powerful Men. Yes Larry Flynt's investigators found out the names and now they didn't have sex because her business wasn't a sex business. This attack on Jean started with using her to cover up Wilkes Prostitutes. Then all hell broke loose when the Government learned of the Three Men who used her service. We thought it was Senator Vitters only to find out he was a baby fish. Yes even the Grand Jury was tainted by the Prosecutor with the support of the Judge. One can only think of the Fruit of the Poisonous Tree Doctrine. This case should have never gone to trial but to protect the big Three Men they had to with the help of a corrupt Judge.
For those who think our Justice System isn't corrupt look at Australia Mr. Hicks who was in Gitmo for 5 years and tortured/drugged by the USA. Only to find out the Prosecutor said Hicks was always innocent and no charges should have been filed. The case was made up by the USA.
Ms. Palfrey was innocent but was pushed to kill herself because the USA was going to send her to jail for 55 years for a crime she didn't commit but only to save the reputation of one man on the Hill, one made in a campaign and one man who dropped out of the race.
In short only those who looked at the evidence believed her, those who worked with her and her family. Others could care less what happen to this woman as it's just a woman who's been framed. The good news is God knows it all and has welcomed Jean home with open arms. As for those who set her up God will handle that. As for those Americans who found her guilty because of the Media well what's else is new.

Thanks. It's easy to speculate WHY someone would want to see her dead.
It's harder to understand WHY she would take her own life, since she was the one who decided to 'run with the jackels' and seemed to be feisty to the end.
No one held a knife to her, her mother seems middle-class, couldn't Ms. Palfrey have gotten a legit job. Why didn't she?
She must have realized that her mother most likely would be the one discovering her body.
Why would she want to hurt her mother, with her suicide?
Those left behind suffer. Ms. Palfry's suffering is over.

I am sure that there were many who did not sleep at night because they feared their name would come up in connection with Deborah Jeanne.
And then we have the arrogant most likely very guilty of killing more than one wife Drew Peterson making the talk show circut, on Larry King etc. It is 180 degrees between how this murderer lives and Deborah Jeanne lived.
