And Judge Larry Burns was none too happy that--after Tommy K signed a plea deal with the government--he continued to engage in massive mortgage fraud.
Burns also took into account that Kontogiannis continued breaking the law after he pleaded guilty.
“Here you are with your rear end on fire over this Cunningham thing, and you're out there making bad loans?” Burns said. “I think that's just brazen.”
LOL! Good luck, Tommy!

Kitty? Don't you think this looks like Richard Spect the serial killer in Chicago that killed all the student nurses? Is this is twin brother?
You might have something there TGCN. Now Speck did have 7 brothers and sisters. Only he and one sister moved to Texas you might wonder what happen to the rest of the kids and their off spring.
Tommy K. will continue to do business behind bars for a profit. I wouldn't be surprised if Jack Abramoff is still making deals. I read about a prisoner who sold his fact story to the LA Times with Federal Document proof of Sean Combs aka P Diddy killing Tupac. Now a Pulitzer Prize Journalist researched the material and published it. Only problem it was fake and the documents were fake and made on the jail computer. This said alot about relying on a Journalist who win a Pulitzer Prize award.
After seeing the fake Bin Laden tapes I'm not believing to much lately.
