ABC and David Kelley should be commended for keeping this show running. Kelley writes some of the best politically informative–holds no punches back—opinions on TV today. He really exposes every conflict of interest that the members of the Roberts Court have.

Shore: My point is, who are you people? You’ve transformed this court from being a governmental branch devoted to civil rights and liberties into a protector of discrimination, a guardian of government, a slave to monied interests and big business and today, Hallelujah, you seek to kill a mentally disabled man…

Mr. Kitty that show was great. Mr. Kelly at lease told the truth about each Justice. Since Roberts/Alito have been Justices they have turned back the clock of US progress. Now you know I think Roberts has a fake marriage and has a girlfriend who was seen with him while on vacation. Alito is gay as gay can be. I just wish he would come out of the closet before he get caught like Senator Craig. The new appointees did lie under oath and they know it. If Bush or the GOP is allowed to appoint another GOP puppet Justice that will be the end of the Supreme Court.
