From Chicago Tribune:
COMING UP: Prosecutors say they may have key witness Ali Ata on the stand by midweek. He claims there was talk of involving presidential adviser Karl Rove in a plan to have U.S. Attorney Patrick J. Fitzgerald fired to thwart the investigation. He could be their final witness.
And looks like Ata will testify soon. Bad news for Rove and another nail for Rove in his crimes. I look for the House Judiciary Committee to get the court transcripts to Ata's testimony.

Look that is no surprise as if the idiots knew Fitz was as great and honest as he is he wouldn't have gotten the job to prosecute Libby. The idiots were shocked because he blew them away. Now once the idiot's realized who they were messing with of course Fitz was on the list. The problem was how to get fire him without causing a riot. Everyone around the World was watching the Libby case.
Now I have some questions of my own. What did Gonzo do when he went to court to talk to Judge Walton and what's with the seal charges not being open? Then there's that famous unseen fax Libby's Attorney get from someone at the DOJ.
Yes, they knew...but I'm not holding my breath Rove will ever be held accountable for any murder or mayhem he may be involved in. The laws are only enforced upon so-called "enemies of the Bush administration" and a few real cases get prosecuted that don't have enough Bushite clout to get them out of it...
