Here is his response to me yesterday evening via email: "I have great quotes from legal scholars all of whom say they cannot believe the DOJ went after her on racketeering charges and were 'perplexed' as to why the DOJ would prosecute on such a small amount of money. They questioned the instructions given to the jury by the judge and wondered whether the jury instructions were written in such a way that they would be forced to convict."

Still not over the shock with this miscarriage of Justice. I hope all the lawyers hurt by this DOJ join together and help Ms. Palfrey. Something is seriously wrong when jurors had their answer before the trial was over on such a complex charge. Lawyers have to take a special case to learn Rico/Racketeering charges. Look the best lawyers the US has ever had found it difficult to get guilty verdicts on the Mafia yet 12 everyday jurors can understand the law in last then a day. Who's kidding who here. Even the prostitution charge presented was weak and couldn't be believed beyond a reasonable doubt.
For all who this this is nothing and just move on with their lives I say you could be next! When the Government can use the Legal System to put people in jail by illegal means we have no Justice. We had a President that a majority of Americans celebrate even with him being assassinated. We respect the job he did for the people as President while never judging his personal life. His name is on buildings, airports, schools, streets and every year on Nov. 22 we say a prayer for this one of our Greatest Presidents John Fitzgerald Kennedy. We never attacked his affairs of his personal life. Now is he any different then Spitzer or any of the woman. Americans call themselves Religious yet even with that we're hypocrites. We celebrate the Pope's visit while knowing he was one of those who kept the pedophile priest and just moved them around to continue attacking kids. Now he's the Pope and he says he's sorry. We see the Pope with Satan aka Bush and this is what we know as US Religious Values. With this action of no Justice System or Govenment the United States is going down in a hand basket. As for the Law Makers as we see most are so old their just kicking the can while others are stealing as much as possible. Good news you come in this world with nothing and you leave with nothing.
